Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team in a cold storage environment (28–55 degrees) in Wilmer, TX. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts Sun-Wed and Thur-Sat, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and compensation of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, staging, loading, scanning, packing, and moving items, plus adhering to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Match numbers and letters accurately.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Sort and store parts in racks or designated areas.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping.
