Job summary

Skretting, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our Wendall, Idaho team. This 40-hour, replacement role involves managing stock, receiving materials, and moving goods with forklifts while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll contribute to inventory control, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain an organized, safe work environment in a fast-paced warehouse. Interview includes in-person steps and a forklift driving test.

Qualifications

• Solid background in warehouse with 2-3+ years of experience and understanding of warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and records.
• Forklift operations with certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock counts and support inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Receive, store, transport, and dispense raw materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy against shipping documents, report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts to move materials to designated storage or production areas, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all HSE and quality standards.

What you’ll do

Who we’re looking for

• This is a shift job: morning and afternoon mostly but may have night shifts if required

• Interview Process: In-person interview followed by forklift driving test (10 mins test)
