Job summary

Employ Partners is seeking a Forklift Operator - Warehouse Associate for our Marietta, GA location. This temp-to-hire, full-time role offers $20.00 per hour and a 1st shift, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.

You will handle receiving, inventory counts, order picking, packing, loading/unloading, and use UPS shipping systems as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, organized warehouse and collaborating with the team to ensure accurate cycles counts, proper labeling, and timely

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift operation experience required
• Familiarity with UPS shipping systems preferred
• Basic computer skills and warehouse system knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steel toe shoes required

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
• Assemble and verify kitted products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Unload, inspect, label, and store incoming shipments properly
• Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently onto trucks
• Process UPS Ground shipments, including labeling and coordinating pickups
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
