Armada Staffing Group is hiring for Forklift Operators in Canal Winchester. This full-time, temp-to-hire role requires operating sit-down or Crown stand-up reach forklifts to load/unload, inspect, label, and move freight safely.

You will support inventory control, adhere to OSHA safety standards, and collaborate with drivers to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Shifts A-E are available with hourly pay ranging from $22.50 to $26.00.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift experience (sit-down or Crown stand-up reach).
• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic computer and inventory skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts or Crown stand-up reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Sort, label, and track freight.
• Check shipments for damage and update records.
• Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse clean.
• Work with team members and drivers to keep operations running smoothly.
