Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator in Goodyear, AZ. This role involves hand case-picking up to 35lbs and operating material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks, during a first-shift schedule (4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Sun-Wed).

Pay is $21.35 per hour with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of forklift operation experience and 6 months warehouse work, with forklift certification or training completed within

Qualifications

Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within 30 days of hire
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Six months warehouse experience preferred
Six months forklift operation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment for ~80% of shift
Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact quantities and types
Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records and reports
Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards
Verify load counts, stability, and report variances as needed
Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power source
Keep equipment and facility clean, organized, and well-maintained
Assist in physical inventories
Complete daily equipment inspections and perform other duties as assigned
