The Forklift Operator Trainer is responsible for instructing new associates on safety protocols, operational processes, and standard operating procedures across various forklift models using Crown-approved training programs.
Key duties include delivering certified training, maintaining accurate associate records, and actively monitoring daily floor operations to promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. Candidates must stay up-to-date on all safety rules, SOPs, and training materials.
