Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Forklift Operator on the Third Shift in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on moving stock within a fast-paced warehouse using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety and efficient material handling. Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to inventory control.

Qualifications

• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certification or completion of forklift training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment 80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy and report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
• Keep the facility and equipment neat, clean, and well-maintained.
• Assist in physical inventories and daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
