Magnum Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up) to join our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring safe handling of materials and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks, inventory movement, inspections, and cycle counts, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience operating sit-down and stand-up units.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and detail; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move and transport materials.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure proper handling.
• Move inventory within the warehouse and store in designated locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
