Job summary

Randstad USA in McDonough, GA is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators and High-Rack Inventory Specialists. You will manage complex pallet movement across multi-level racks and support just-in-time inventory replenishment to keep order fulfillment running smoothly.

The role requires safe forklift operation, adherence to load capacity and stability guidelines, and use of RF scanning to log pallet movements. Expect a fast-paced environment with consistent production flow.

Qualifications

• Up to 50 lbs. heavy lifting.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, using the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology with forklift operation to verify and log pallet movements and storage locations.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient dock space usage.
• Operate at required production speeds while maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
