Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists in Ethridge, TN. Work hours are 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, with duties focused on complex pallet movement, rack work, and just-in-time replenishment to support order fulfillment.

You will use RF scanning to verify pallet locations, stage inbound/outbound loads, and operate safely according to capacity and stability guidelines. PIT test required; Randstad offers benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
