Randstad USA in Austin, TX seeks expert Sit Down Forklift Operators and High-Rack Inventory Specialists to move pallets and manage rack operations. You will maximize inventory throughput, sharpen accuracy with RF scanning, and support timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires handling heavy loads, slotted for full-time hours, with a safety-focused approach and adherence to site dress and PPE standards.

We are hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists who can handle complex pallet movement and racking operations. Your responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.

work hours: Variable

qualifications

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
