Job summary

Clayton is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our outdoor manufacturing environment. This is a full-time role handling loading/unloading, moving materials, and supporting production in our Clayton Supply facility.

You will maintain daily logs, inspect equipment, and collaborate with Shipping/Receiving and Materials teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year forklift experience, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and a strong work ethic in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outdoor work environment with exposure to weather, noise, and dust.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Shipping/Receiving Area Coordinator and Materials Manager.
• Loading and unloading of materials.
• Transports raw materials to production workers.
• Maintains daily logs and reports shortages.
• Inspects equipment and maintains housekeeping.
