Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and efficiently move materials for distribution at the Groveport facility. You will load, unload, scan, label, and manage paperwork to support shipping and receiving demands.

The role requires forklift experience, a valid license or ability to obtain one, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. Daily safety inspections and adherence to SQFI/FDA requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels using handheld devices.
• Complete paperwork and use inventory systems as needed.
• Follow product rotation procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
• Maintain inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
