Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and move products for distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift operator license or ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills. You will perform loading/unloading, labeling, cycle counts, and daily safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail required.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and use inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Report incidents to supervisor and perform housekeeping tasks as assigned.
