Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Grove City, OH, is seeking energetic forklift operators to support our production teams. You will load and unload, move materials, and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Prior forklift experience is preferred; training available. A High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable, along with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work well in a team. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities within our family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required or preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized using Clean as You Go practices.
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
