Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and store products for distribution. You will operate standard forklifts and related equipment, scan and label products, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience, a valid license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution (standard sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the forklift safety checklist.
• Report incidents to supervisor and maintain a safe work environment.
• May perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
