The Legacy Companies are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. You will operate a forklift, unload and stage goods, and ensure accurate inventory using RF scanning while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing cycle counts, maintaining equipment, identifying hazards, and ensuring quality service. A high school diploma is required, and forklift certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of forklift operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift or other hand truck.
• Unloads materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacks them to assigned area.
• Uses wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Adheres to quality and customer service standards set forth by the Company.
• Performs cycle counts as required.
• Picks, wraps, and stages orders to be shipped
• Inspects and performs maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Identifies safety hazards in the workplace.
• Consolidates partial pallets for incoming good.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
