Job summary

thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, OH seeks a material handler to support production by moving and staging materials using forklifts and MHE. You will perform transfers, replenishments, and keep accurate inventory using SAP and RF scanners.

Responsibilities include safety-focused operations, daily 6S adherence, and overtime as needed. The role requires reliable teamwork and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic forklift experience with ability to obtain license and operate various forklifts (order filler, stand-up reach, scissor lift).
• Strong math skills including decimals and measuring.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE and move/stage materials safely.
• Process transfers and replenish inventory to support production.
• Perform reservation picking and dynamic Kanban picks.
• Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shortages to leadership.
• Maintain 6S standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Complete required monthly safety training and participate in overtime as needed.
