Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment, moving products for shipping and receiving according to customer demands. The role requires adherence to safety standards and efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
