Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and move goods within our warehouse. You will load, unload, store, and transport materials while ensuring accuracy in inventory and labels.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and daily inspections. Candidate should have two years of forklift experience, be licensed or able to obtain a license, and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift operating experience or more.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail in inventory and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan product and print labels as required.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Maintain inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
