Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and move, load, unload, and stack products to support shipping and receiving. You will handle label printing, data entry, and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on safety and compliance, candidates should have at least two years of forklift experience, be able to obtain a forklift license if needed, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and/or transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
