The role requires operating a forklift on a rotating schedule, maintaining precise records, and assisting production teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of forklift experience and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing good service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within guidelines.
• Effective communication to convey facts clearly.
• Collaborates well with others and assists teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product to staging and loading areas.
• Follow safety, GMP and company policies and keep equipment maintained.
• Record materials used and produced for warehouse reports.
• Support production lines by delivering materials and returning empty cases.
• Assist with inventory and housekeeping duties as needed.
