Job summary

Purolator International seeks a full-time forklift operator to support daily warehouse operations at our Reno, NV facility. You will process incoming packages, prepare shipments for outbound delivery to Canada, and perform data entry for shipment details.

Expect a physically demanding role with lifting up to 70 lbs, palletizing, and forklift operation. Training covers safety, dock procedures, and system workflows; schedule is Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:30pm PST.

Qualifications

• This is a physical, fast-paced position that can involve continual lifting, lowering, and sliding packages that typically weigh 25-35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
• Data entry experience to process shipments into computer system
• Microsoft Office experience (Email - Outlook, Basic Excel)
• Flexibility for occasional shift change during peak season
• Forklift experience required
• Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions during the seasons

Responsibilities

• Daily Job Duties: Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling, and shipping while adhering to all safety, security, and customs regulations.
• Load and unload packages from processing stations / trailers
• Reading and labeling or placards to the packages / pallets
• Scanning boxes from inbound staging area
• Preparation of bill of ladings
• Data entry shipment details
• Cross train in other warehouse positions as needed
• Complete health & safety compliance trainings as required
