Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in New Johnsonville, TN seeks a Forklift Driver to operate power industrial trucks, load and unload goods, and support order fulfillment with accuracy and safety. You will input data into the WMS and help maintain inventory integrity while following site policies.

You must have a valid forklift certification and a high school diploma or GED, with 6 months of logistics experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6 months experience in logistics/distribution environment.
Able to operate MHE (material handling equipment).
Completion of forklift training program required.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations using a forklift.
Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type of product.
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
Move product from staging to production lines or docks and document freight accordingly.
Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories; rotate stock as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse and comply with safety policies including OSHA/MSDS standards.
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift and equipment; stay certified.
Participate in site-specific duties such as labeling, sorting, and packing as needed.
