Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator in Brundridge, AL. You will move pallets, load/unload trailers, and support production areas with forklift operations.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to work overtime, and good communication in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Preferred candidates have forklift certification and 1–3 years of experience; an equal emphasis is placed on prior warehouse or construction-related work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift experience preferred, not required.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience strongly preferred (lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, construction).
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care in accordance with safety procedures.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
