Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Litchfield Park, AZ location to move pallets and materials through the warehouse, support production, and load/unload customer trailers. This role requires attention to safety and the ability to operate forklift equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need a High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification is preferred; 1–3 years of forklift experience is common, and overtime may be required.

Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also get to wear many hats within the site! You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr.

Shift(s):

2nd shift: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm and Saturday - Sun 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What You'll Do

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment

• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times

• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required

• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required

• Maintain a clean & safe working environment

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Forklift certification preferred

• 1-3 years of forklift experience preferred, not required

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred

• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
