48forty Solutions, LLC in Winder, GA is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to load and unload pallets, move materials around the plant, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently. You will operate a forklift, stack finished goods, and maintain a safe work area.

1–3 years of forklift experience is preferred, along with solid communication and willingness to work overtime. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you'll get to load and unload trailer with wooden pallets and move pallets inside our plants to keep manufacturing production moving efficiently! We're looking for a motivated individual who will keep things moving at a safe and efficient pace!

Hourly Pay:

$17.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

1030 Bankhead Hwy, Winder, GA, 30680

What You'll Do

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
