48forty-Solutions, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator to load/unload pallets and move materials to keep production moving safely and efficiently. Pay starts at $19.00/hour with a Monday–Friday 6:30AM–4:00PM shift.

This role requires forklift experience and a willingness to work overtime to support operations. Responsibilities include unloading pallets, relocating wood, stacking products for trailers, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Background in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Overview

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to load and unload trailer with wooden pallets and move pallets inside our plants to keep manufacturing production moving efficiently! We’re looking for a motivated individual who will keep things moving at a safe and efficient pace!

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 6:30AM-4:00PM

What You'll Do

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
