Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on pallet jack operator for our Deer Park, NY facility. The role focuses on moving materials, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate labeling and documentation.

Training is provided and reliability is essential for day-to-day warehouse operations. The position runs on a 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM schedule with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and short-term disability as part of Randstad’s open-enrollment packages.

• Assist in organizing bulk storage and overflow inventory areas using the pallet jack.
• Prioritize equipment care, operate machinery safely, and report maintenance needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate both manual and electric pallet jacks to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the general warehouse area.
• Support order fulfillment teams by transporting completed, palletized orders from the picking area to the final wrapping or staging lanes.
• Ensure all pallets being moved are secure, stable, and correctly identified with the necessary labeling or documentation.
• Use the Pallet Jack to assist in the daily organization and consolidation of bulk storage and overflow inventory areas.
• Prioritize equipment care, operating the machinery smoothly and safely, and reporting any need for maintenance or repair.
