Job summary

JM & Associates in Brighton, MI is seeking experienced Material Handlers and Forklift Operators for full-time roles. Earn $18.00 to $18.60 per hour with overtime and weekly pay in a stable manufacturing environment.

Shifts are available: 1st 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2nd 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 3rd 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading, material staging, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Material handling or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Steel-toed shoes and long pants required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Supply production lines with materials.
• Transport finished goods and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
