Job summary

TMD Staffing is seeking picks with forklift experience for in-person warehouse work in Brookshire, TX 77423. You will pull and prepare orders, verify numbers and bin locations, and use RF scanners to complete tasks.

Responsibilities include inspecting goods for damage, labeling, staging orders, and reporting discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/order-picking experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Able to read item numbers and picking documents.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred; forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and bin locations.
• Use picking tickets or RF scanners to complete orders.
• Inspect products for visible damage before completing the order.
• Label and stage completed orders in the designated area.
• Report shortages, damages, and inventory discrepancies to the team lead.
• Follow warehouse safety and material-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet established picking accuracy and productivity standards.
• Assist with replenishment and other warehouse duties as required.
