Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in a role that drives efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain. You will safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts and handle loading, unloading, picking, and pallet placement to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include load audits, shipping preparation, and replenishment, with additional duties as needed. The position requires 6+ months of forklift/warehouse experience and the physical ability to

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred.
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Reliable – dependability is valued by the team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Perform other duties as needed within training and expertise.

• Pay Range:$18.34 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00PM - 4:30AM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operatestand-up or sit-down forkliftsto keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art ofloading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in withmanual case pickingwhen directed
• Get productsprepped and shippedwith accuracy and care
• Conduct outboundload audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving byreplenishing productsin the right bays
• Tackle otherdutieslike a pro — all within your training and expertise
