Job summary

Welch Packaging Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Material Handler to operate forklift equipment, receive raw materials, unload/load trucks, and maintain an organized warehouse. This role requires a high school diploma, ability to read English, and forklift training. Mon-Fri shifts are available: 6:50am-2:50pm or 2:50pm-10:50pm.

Safety and teamwork are essential in daily duties. Candidates must pass forklift training, read tape measures, and perform basic math; strong attention to safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment to move materials and load/unload trucks.
• Receive raw materials following company procedures and keep records.
• Keep warehouse organized and assist other warehouse personnel.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while on shift.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth material flow.
