Aetna Building Solutions is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our White Bear Lake, MN warehouse. You will move, store, and handle materials, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading, scanning inventory, and picking customer orders. Requires 2+ years of warehouse experience; forklift certification is a plus. Starting pay is $20+ per hour, full-time, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ years forklift experience; certification is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and rail shipments.
• Use handheld scanners to receive, store, and pick inventory.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
