Boise Cascade is actively seeking a Material Handler (Forklift Operator) to join our high-traffic warehouse. You will receive, select, and load materials, operate forklifts safely, verify order accuracy after packaging, and support daily operations with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

This role emphasizes physical work outdoors in all weather conditions, adherence to OSHA procedures, and collaboration with team members to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• Basic: high school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and follow safety/work instructions.
• Comfortable with physical work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, select, and load materials.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Verify order accuracy after packaging and loading.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain clean working area and follow OSHA safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift safety checks.
