Job summary

L’Oréal USA in Dallas is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment within our distribution center. You will help move materials, load and unload products, and ensure accurate, timely shipments.

You will uphold safety and quality standards, perform daily equipment inspections, and assist in inventory control, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift/MHE certification aligned with OSHA and L’Oréal standards.
• Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, move, stack and stage products as part of daily Physical Flows.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free, upholding quality standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, safe work area in line with OSHA and L’Oréal safety programs.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, conduct physical inventories, and keep precise records.
