RJW Logistics Group in Lockport, IL is hiring a warehouse forklift operator. Shift is Monday–Friday, 4pm–12:30am, pay is $21 per hour. The role handles inbound/outbound freight, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The position requires 3–6 months forklift experience, a high school diploma/GED, and a stable work history. Benefits include health options and an Employee Ownership Program. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; warehousing certifications are a plus.
• 3–6 months forklift driving experience in a warehouse.
• Good stable work record and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift and Walkie Rider safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload RJW trailers and external carriers with proper procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and perform basic housekeeping.
• Record and verify shipments against paperwork; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and follow OSHA and RJW safety policies.
