Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Marysville, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our on-site team. The role offers day or night shifts with competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities.

You will help materials flow through the warehouse and support production to meet quality standards. Ideal candidates have 6–12 months forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong safety awareness and reliable work habits.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months forklift experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong safety awareness, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and riding pallet jacks in a fast-paced setting.
• Move, stage, load, unload and transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Support production and packaging by maintaining seamless material flow.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending as needed.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report safety or mechanical issues.
• Complete production logs and other documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards and company policies.
