Job summary

Tyson Foods, Hutchinson plant is seeking a Material Handler to support the South Hutchinson, KS facility. You will operate forklifts to move materials, weigh finished ground product, and keep the cooler organized while following safety policies.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of forklift/operator experience with the same employer, be able to lift 60 pounds, and work ALL SHIFTS. Tyson offers competitive pay, benefits, and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of operator experience with the same employer on various powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds and work in cold environments.
• Willingness to work all shifts and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move product.
• Transport raw product to and from coolers and production areas.
• Weigh and record the weight of finished ground product.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow Tyson policies.
