Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators/Material Handlers in Marysville, Ohio. Multiple shifts are available, with mandatory overtime during peak periods. Full-time employment includes weekly pay and benefits.

You will move materials, support production, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. The role requires up to 55-lb lifts, 6–12 months forklift experience, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months forklift experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or riding pallet jack in a manufacturing environment.
• Move, stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, and pallets.
• Support production and packaging by maintaining consistent material flow.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending as needed.
• Perform basic equipment checks and promptly report safety or mechanical issues.
• Complete production logs and required documentation accurately.
