Riverdale Mills Corporation is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler for our Northbridge, MA facility. This full-time role runs on the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.), with benefits including health/dental/vision/life insurance and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

You will move materials, load and unload goods, and ensure accurate material locations while maintaining safety across production and shipping areas. Prior forklift experience is strongly preferred.

Riverdale Mills is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to keep materials moving safely throughout our manufacturing facility.

What You Will Do

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely around employees and production equipment.
• Move raw materials, work in process and finished goods between production, storage and shipping areas.
• Load, unload and stage materials; supply production areas and remove completed products.
• Verify material identification and quantities, maintain accurate material locations and keep storage areas organized.
• Inspect lift trucks before use, report safety or mechanical concerns and follow plant safety procedures.

What You Will Bring

• Previous forklift operating experience strongly preferred; material handling, warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely identify, move and stage materials in an active industrial environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work well with production, shipping and warehouse teams.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift in a large manufacturing facility.

Manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates with strong forklift and material handling experience in warehouse, distribution, construction supply, steel or other industrial settings are also encouraged to apply.
