Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a Material Handler (1st shift) in Tyler, TX to move raw materials, parts and finished goods using a forklift. The role supports multiple departments and ensures materials flow to meet production demands.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year forklift experience in a production setting and is forklift certified, with attention to detail and respect for 5S standards. Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of forklift experience in a production environment.
• Ability to be forklift certified.
• Attention to detail and careful handling of material.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and stock incoming raw materials.
• Supply production with materials and parts as required.
• Transfer finished goods to holding and/or loading areas.
• Perform safety inspections and basic maintenance on tools.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear PPE at all times.
• Ensure 5S standards are followed in the workplace.
