Challenge Manufacturing in Cusseta, AL, is seeking a 1st shift Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support our plant operations. You will move, stack, and load materials, ensure accurate inventory, and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.

This role requires English proficiency, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to stand 8-12 hours. Prior forklift experience (Hi-Lo) and basic computer skills are a plus.

• Inspect and stage pallets and materials for production lines.

Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and maintained.
