Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Goodlettsville is seeking a Forklift Operator 0003 for the Case Ready DC. Schedules: 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM, pay $22.10/hr.

You will move product, load shipments, and operate powered industrial equipment in a safe environment following Tyson policies. You will safely operate a battery-powered forklift, place and retrieve finished boxes from coolers and trailers, break down pallets, keep areas clean, and comply with PPE and safety standards in a refrigerated setting.

Qualifications

• Safely operate a battery-powered forklift to move finished products within the facility.
• Safely place and retrieve finished boxed product from coolers, trailers, and production areas.
• Break down and stack products on wooden pallets to create complete pallet loads.
• Transfer finished product between pallets to build full and accurate pallet configurations.
• Must be able to lift and move pallets weighing approximately 65–75 pounds.
• Work in refrigerated environments with temperatures around 28–32°F.
• Be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
