Job description

This position is responsible for managing inventory, building material loads, while maintaining compliance with all company safety requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety and efficiently load and unload lumber materials from rail cars and lumber trailers,and build material loads accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory placement and rotation, including identifying material grade lengths and counts.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Perform or assist in building, grounds, equipment maintenance and housekeeping as required.
• Other duties as necessary.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Forklift certification (1 year minimum experience required)
• Strong basic math skills.
