Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kentucky to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and ensure accurate loading, unloading, labeling, and inventory control.

You will supervise the warehouse team, monitor safety, productivity, and quality procedures, and coordinate with maintenance and cross-functional colleagues to meet customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Able to supervise and communicate instructions clearly.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise them.
• Complete reports and records timely.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
• Advise associates on handling, storage, and shipping stock.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety policies and site guidelines.
