UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material from inventory to production and back, ensuring accurate paperwork and production records. The role supports production by supplying material per the schedule.
The position requires basic math, a valid forklift license, and the ability to work on site. Eligible candidates may receive incentive pay and benefits as described.
Forklift Operator I is responsible for the movement of material from inventory to production and back to inventory- specifically to/from the KILN treating system. Maintains correct paperwork and production records as required. Provides production departments with material from inventory according to production schedule.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
