Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate at our Port Huron MI facility. You will operate forklifts, stock merchandise, assist members with self-service tech, and ensure safe, organized displays while maintaining inventory accuracy and processing pickup orders.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail warehouse environment at Sam's Club facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 90 days of forklift experience.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with policies and ethics by implementing action plans.
• Operates forklift following company standards to move merchandise and pallets.
• Receives, inventories, merchandises, and organizes stock from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provides member service and assists with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility and reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains sales floor and product displays, handles stock, and processes defective merchandise.
• Fills club pickup orders and performs audits for accuracy.
