Job summary

MSI Express in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts and support efficient loading, unloading, and counting of merchandise in accordance with production standards.

You will use ERP systems to move inventory per SOPs, maintain tidy, safe work areas, perform cycle counts, report variances, and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

This role requires overtime as needed and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with a focus on accuracy and safe operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Experience with forklift and material handling equipment.
• Ability to follow ERP procedures and SOPs.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move product within the warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment or production per exact counts.
• Keep records for inventory accuracy.
• Report quality variances to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, safe condition.
• Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow company policies and SOPs including safety practices.
