Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator in Louisville, KY to safely operate a sit-down forklift, load/unload trucks, and move pallets as per production schedules and WMS guidance.

The role requires standard forklift certification, high school diploma or GED, and preferred associate degree. Excellent safety awareness and reliability are essential for this position in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• The proven ability to safely operate a sit down motorized forklift.
• The ability to navigate within a WMS system.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to load/unload trucks and move pallets to production or warehouse areas.
• Pull pallets from production lines and place finished product in warehouse as directed by WMS.
• Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedules.
• Maintain inventory in production area and report discrepancies.
• Document movements of supplies and finished goods.
• Keep area safe and maintain preventative maintenance on forklift.
